Description

100% Polyester

Blue skirt with tulle panels from the waist that create a flowing effect, each panel has black trim for contrast. It has embroidered floral details with tone-on-tone yarn and beads in the center of the flower. The waistband is not elastic and has a side zipper and a tone-on-tone covered button. The skirt consists of a first layer of tulle panels, an inner lining, and an inner tulle layer to add more volume.
