CAN I BUY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THE E-SHOP?
You'll find items in the collection that aren't yet available in the online store. The selection of items for sale is updated periodically, so these items may become available later. You can add them to your wishlist so we'll let you know when you can purchase them.
You can also check the availability of garments at our multi-brand stores and visit them in person.
In which countries is the e-shop available?
You can currently make your purchase in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal, and some European Union countries. For other destinations not currently available, please contact info@iscoming.es.
CAN THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE?
The country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.
IN HOW MANY LANGUAGES CAN I BROWSE THE E-SHOP?
The navigation language on iscoming.es is currently Spanish, and English will soon be added. We hope to offer information in other languages soon.
Are the prices of ISCOMING clothing in the e-shop and multi-brand stores the same?
Yes, exactly the same.
I LIKE AN ITEM THAT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY SIZE. WILL YOU RECEIVE IT AGAIN?
We know how disappointing it is when we like something and decide to buy it, only to find it's out of stock in your size or chosen color. We want you to be unique, so the e-shop's stock isn't very deep. If you see something you love, it's best not to pass it up, as it will probably sell out soon.
However, you can add it to MY WISH LIST, and we'll try to restock it. If we succeed, you'll receive an alert in MY WISH LIST with the good news.
Is it possible to receive regular email updates with the latest news and offers from IS COMING?
The best way to subscribe to our newsletter is by registering. You won't need to purchase anything at this time, but your account will already be set up when you decide to make your purchase.
However, you can always return to the home page and subscribe to our newsletter without having to create an account. You'll receive the latest news, lookbooks, promotions, and events from Is coming.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RECOVER IT?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of the website, then "Forgot your password?" You'll receive an email with a secure link to create a new password.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE CORRECTLY?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please contact our Customer Service department.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We only sell items in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a garment with a defect, please contact our Customer Service department. Our goal is to resolve any issue related to a defective item as quickly as possible. It will be very helpful if you let us know as soon as possible and with as much detail as possible so we can offer you a solution.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If you accidentally receive an item you didn't order, please contact our Customer Service department. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
