RETURNS
Can I return an order?
Of course. According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days in distance sales, informing the brand within that period from when the order was received.
What is the deadline for returning an order?
15 calendar days from when you receive the order.
How much does it cost to make a return?
- Orders to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) – cost €6.95
- Continental Europe excluding Switzerland and Liechtenstein – cost €30
- Other countries: please inquire by writing an email to info@iscoming.es
Exceptions:
- If it's a size exchange, the return is free for the first size exchange.
- If the customer returns the order during a specific "free return shipping" promotion.
- If the customer receives the product in poor condition, they should write to info@iscoming.es informing them of the case, attaching a clear and well-focused photograph of the problem, and Is Coming will authorize the return with free shipping.
- If the customer returns the garment at their own risk, complying with the conditions specified on this page by sending the garments to our warehouses:

What conditions must a return meet?
- Products must be returned in good condition, with all labels intact, preferably in their original packaging.
- Returns of guest garments with a visible "do not cut " label will not be accepted if there are signs that this label has been tampered with.
- For purchases with a promotional gift , in case of order return, the products received as a gift must also be returned.
How do I make a return?
It can be done in two ways:
- By accessing the customer area and selecting the item you wish to return
- Access our return form by clicking here. Fill in the required fields and indicate the products you wish to return.
- Prepare the package with the items. We recommend using the original packaging.
- Deliver the package : We recommend you choose our collection service. You will receive a DHL label so you can schedule a home collection appointment or drop off the package at an authorized DHL service point.
If for any reason you prefer to send it yourself, please do so to
the address indicated, but remember that in that case you will also have to
pay the return shipping costs, as we will not accept any collect packages:

How to request a refund outside the European Union?

- For returns made from countries outside the European Union , any customs duties and associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
What refund methods are available?
In the event of a return request, the refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase.

How much does it cost to make a change?
Mainland Spain and Portugal – The first exchange is FREE. Is Coming Fashion SL will cover the first size exchange; shipping costs for subsequent exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries – The customer must make a return and place a new order to obtain the desired product.

We monitor all transactions, and if we detect recurring or fraudulent returns—at our discretion and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions—Is Coming Fashion SL reserves the right to limit or close accounts that may be misusing the service. If this applies to you, we will contact you beforehand to inform you of the situation.
