RETURNS

If you're not happy with your order, don't worry.

Returning your order is easy. You have 15 calendar days from receipt to do so.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to place the order (credit/debit card or PayPal account). The refund will be issued immediately upon confirmation of the return, but it may take up to 30 days to appear in your bank account. This period varies depending on the bank and we have no control over it. If you used store credit to pay for your order, the refund will be issued in store credit.

You have two options to send us the package:

  • Return it easily through our DHL collection service. Starting April 1, 2024, return shipping costs will be charged at €6.95 in Spain and Portugal. For returns to other countries, please consult rates at info@iscoming.es
  • Send it directly to our warehouse using the shipping service of your choice. Shipping costs are your responsibility, and Is Coming is not responsible for any incidents during shipping. Please note that we cannot accept a package that has been sent outside the return period.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The cost of return shipping for international orders will always be borne by the customer. In all cases, any taxes or customs fees will be borne by the customer for both shipping and returns.

SALE PERIOD:

  • The return and refund process may take 8 to 10 days during sales periods or special pricing.

To request a refund, follow these instructions:

  • Whether you're a registered user or made a purchase as a guest, go to the RETURN FORM section at the bottom of our website and enter the requested information.

Choose how you want to send your package to us. We recommend choosing our pickup service . Starting April 1, 2024, shipping charges will apply for each return. A DHL courier will collect your package within 24-48 hours. If for any reason you prefer to send it yourself, please do so to the address provided. However, remember that you will also be responsible for paying the return shipping costs in this case, as we will not accept any packages with postage due.

  • Choose the item(s) you want to return, select REQUEST RETURN from the options, select a reason, and click CONTINUE.
  • Confirm the collection data
  • Finally, click FINISH.

Next, place the item(s) you want to return in the original box you received. Remember, it's very important that all items are in perfect condition, have their corresponding return label, and are placed inside the Iscoming.es box.

If you've chosen our DHL pickup service, a courier will pick up your package at the address you provided within 24-48 hours of submitting your return request. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned to multi-brand stores.

Is coming reserves the right to reject returns reported and/or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when received.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING A RETURN?

The deadline for any return is 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must request a return and place a new order.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY REFUND?

If you use our DHL pickup service, your package will take 2-3 days to arrive at our warehouse. If you use a different shipping service, however, it will depend on the carrier and/or service chosen.

At Is coming, we strive to provide you with the best possible service and confirm returns that arrive at our warehouses within 1-2 business days.

Once your return is confirmed, and if everything is correct, you will receive an email informing you that your refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this confirmation within 10 days, please contact our Customer Service department and we will be happy to assist you.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

After approving the return (items must be in perfect condition and have ALL original tags attached), you will receive a confirmation email informing you of the refund of the amount paid for the item(s).

The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to place your order. Remember that the time it takes for the credit card credit to appear in your account always depends on your bank. Your bank may take up to 30 days to show the credit.

If you used store credit to pay for your order, your refund will be issued in store credit.

MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED FOR THE SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the order has been canceled in accordance with Distance Selling regulations or where the entire order is defective.

I RECEIVED THE REFUND, BUT THE AMOUNT IS INCORRECT

We're very sorry that an error was made in your return. Please contact our team by writing an email to customercare@iscoming.es who will try to fix the error as soon as possible.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the order has been canceled in accordance with Distance Selling regulations or where the entire order is defective.

If you have opted for our collection service during the sales season, we will discount the cost of the same from your refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive any item that isn't in perfect condition, please let us know immediately.
  • Include all items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure we process your return as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping costs will be charged for all returns.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged or damaged in transit. Shoe boxes must also be protected as they are part of the product. Your return cannot be accepted if this box is damaged.
  • If you send us your package yourself, please note that Iscoming is not responsible for your order until it arrives at our warehouse. We recommend using a secure, trackable shipping method and ensuring you return it within the return period.
