Blue tulle dress

100% Polyester
Blue tulle dress with a straight neckline and black velvet straps that tie for adjustable fit. The tulle is made of panels that extend from the straight neckline with contrasting black piping. Decorated with floral motifs of embroidered yarn in the same tone with rhinestone beads embroidered on the flower. The layers are composed of tulle panels, an inner lining, and an inner layer for more volume. The back of the inner lining has an elastic band to adapt to the chest.
